Reinvent The Wheel

Have you ever found yourself enjoying your favourite coffee at a busy cafe and it hits you like a bolt of lightning:

I don't know how any of this works under the hood!

It has happened to me enough times that I can no longer ignore it. This sense of impostorism is getting the best of me and I want to do something about it.

The harsh reality is most of us don't know how any of this works. In a more real sense, most of us are just mechanics who know how to use the parts to build an engine but there are only a few who can design those parts.

This blog is my attempt at learning to design those parts so that I can build my own engine(s).
